Final Grade Submission - Deadlines

Fall 2018 Final Grading Period

Fall 2018 final grading period begins on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 8:30 AM and ends on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 12:00 PM sharp. (Excluding School of Law- Newark)

Please visit the REGIS system at: https://sims.rutgers.edu/rosters/ for grade submission.

For instructions on how to use the REGIS system to submit Final Grades, please visit our webpage at:

In consideration of Candidates for January 2019 Graduation, please give priority to submitting those grades in order to assist our Deans confer certification status.

Additionally, submitting grades on time will give our students an advantage by having complete transcripts for internships and other employment opportunities.

Finally, timely submission of grades via REGIS will allow a student to register for advanced courses offered for Spring 2019. Timely submission of Final Grades will also ensure efficient record maintenance as grades submitted after the deadline date will require manual processing.

Please be sure to allow for ample time in submitting final grades especially on Friday, January 4, 2019 as the grading system will shut down promptly at 12:00 PM and any grades entered but not submitted will be lost.
